CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in anytime after 3:30 Late arrival? No problem. We can make the arrangement. Sometimes cabins are available early. If you are in town early give us a call and we can check.
Check-Out is 11:00 am Sometimes late check outs are available. Ask us on arrival or the night before you check out to see if late check out is available.
SMOKE FREE
For the enjoyment of all of our guests all of the Cabins and the Farm House, including the decks are smoke free. Smoking products of any kind is not allowed in the cabins or Farm House. This includes tobacco, marijuana and vaping. Smoking in the Cabins, the Farm House or decks will result in an additional cleaning fee of $350.
PET POLICY
Cabin six is our pet friendly cabin. Pets must be pre-registered. There is a pet fee of $30/night plus tax. For the safety of your pet and other guests (and because insurance requires it) pets must be on a leash when outside and may not be left in the cabin unattended. Pets are not allowed in the Farm House or Cabins 1-5. Pets in the Farm House or cabins 1-5 will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations may be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival without penalty except Holiday, Festival and Group Reservations.
- Reservations may be guaranteed with a VISA or MasterCard or pre-payment.
- Reservations for the R&B Festival and certain Holiday must be paid for 14 days prior to arrival
- Holiday, Festival, Holiday and Group Reservations may be cancelled 14 days prior to arrival without penalty.
- If you need to cancel within the cancellation period we will try to re-rent your cabin or Farm House. If we cannot re-rent your cabin or Farm House you will be responsible for the full amount of your reservation. If we re-rent there will be a $35 cancellation fee.
- There are no refunds for no shows, late arrivals or early departures.
- Snow and weather conditions do not change the cancellation policy.
- The fireplace in cabin 5 is not in use during the warm summer months of May-September
- There is a three night minimum stay during festivals and most holidays.
- There is a two night minimum stay for pets.
- There is a two night minimum stay for weekends June -September.
